This page serves as an index of what our family has faced over the course of the year. Our story is made up of a series of blog posts and are indexed chronologically below. This isn't every blog post ever made about the subject, but rather a list of what I consider to be the main thoughts and posts we've compiled. I'll add to this list as posts are made and the story continues and have link to this page available at all times.
Thank you for your continued support.

Actually that last post should say third surgery cancelled.
This is really great Scott!
Hello, I am a total stranger who found her way here by looking at homeschooling blogs. When I saw your blog on Emily, I became wrapped up in what was going on.
I see that you have not posted since May; is there any news? I pray that everything is going well for Emily, but I am worried because I do not see any more updates since May.
God Bless Emily and God Bless her family.

Hi Jessica!
Scott just hasn't update this page yet but if you go to my blog and scroll down to June 26 you will see that I posted a 3 or 4 updates on Emily.
=o)
Scott I think it's time that you updated this. Oh and don't forget to fix that last on you have up to "third" surgery.
Hi. I just read your blog on Emily's thyroid cancer journey, and am in tears. I too am a mother of a daughter with thyca. She was dx July '06 at the age of 14. Your story really touched my heart, as do all of these brave children battling thyca. Bless you and bless Emily along this journey. Thanks for openly sharing your story.

Hi Scott and Crystal,
my beliefs are more metaphysical then religious, but I still pray and my prayers and thoughts are with you and your daughter. Never give up hope and never let her give up hope.

Wow, thanks brother.
We'll be going in to get some test for Emily later this week and we should have some news on her progress toward the end of this month or the beginning of next.
Greetings from Ireland. I had bookmarked your wifes page more than a year ago. It must most certainly have been before all of this happened. I decided to go through my list of homeschooling blogs I'd saved this morning and read through them. I was saddened to hear of Emily's illness. God tests us in many ways. Anyway, I just wanted to add my heartfelt prayers to everyone elses. I pray that our Creator cures Emily and protects your little family.
We dont share the same beliefs, but we are still brothers and sisters in humanity and creations of God Almighty.

Hello, my name is Erik, 18, from Utah, USA. I... I think God sent me here, because I had no intent what-so-ever coming to this site, I didn't even know it existed. But I'm glad I did because now I know that there is a young girl (Emily) who needs to be added to my prayers! And may God work his will through her and your family as I continue to pray. If you would like to visit my newly site, you may do so. It's not much, but it just may help. (http://groups.msn.com/group/YouthandChildrenofChrist) If you have yahoo, it's the same address. My blessings to you all!
Sincerely,
Erik Poleate
I came over via a comment on someone else's blog and am very moved by all this.
Emily seems a remarkable girl, and she is fortunate to have such a great family and so many friends to support her (and all of you) through such a difficult thing. I can't imagine what a roller coaster this is for all of you.
I think Scott and I come from very different philosophical places, but no matter: my heart goes out to Emily, and I do hope for the best possible outcome for her and for all of you.
