Joe Biden co-sponsored the original Patriot Act. Obama voted to renew it.

Change.

Speaking of change this blog really needs to. Or it needs to die. Decision coming shortly.

If its a choice between changing or dying... I choose change.

Good to 'see' you back. Your insight has been missed.

The *very* best of luck with your daughters scan.

Well it is supposed to be (probably) the worst blog on the internet. I don't think you've achieved that goal yet.

I haven't posted here before but we've "met" briefly a CK's discussing matters of government. Remembering those previous conversations and reading your most recent posts I'm wondering if you might be interested in joining with me and some friends to read (or re-read) and blog on Rothbard's "For A New Liberty". We are raggedly getting prepared for what will probably be a somewhat drawn-out affair since we all have much else on our plates. If you're even a little interested let me know and I'll provide the details.

Is there any more news about Emily since the May post? I will add my prayers to the chorus.

Sounds intriguing laughing boy, definitly keep me in the loop, but for now we're off to Orlando for a week.

To the rest:

Changes are in the works. To be continued....

Yes and I don't understand it. But so did McCain so they are all even on this.

Sure did Mis, but then McCain isn't running on the platform of "Change" like Obama is. Plus I'm not a McCain guy, so.....

You must not have seen his speech at the Repub. convention - it was all about change!

The 1st debate is next week I think...it will be interesting.

Love Missy

PS are u back from Florida??

It's true, I didn't see much of either convention. I'm just going by the over all tenor of the campaigns.

Yes, we're back from a great time in Florida.

Hey, I think the blog is still free, so there is no cost in keeping it up. Just write when you feel to.

But the world and the nation needs people like us who are willing to speak truth to power and sanity to a world gone mad.

I think that means you should keep blogging. ;)
